Our client has created initiatives to consolidate applications from all the Branches in alignment with common business lines in order to have a more effective and efficient portfolio. |
Security Clearance:

Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Enhanced Reliability level. |
Requirements:
- Must have either a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) or a combination of education, professional designation and/or work experience equivalent to this certification. The equivalency that would be considered is Bachelor's degree in management with thirty-five (35) hours project management Request for Proposal / Demande de Proposition :education and four (4) years experience in the role of project manager or team lead in the past 7 years.
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years managing experience in Private Sector and/or Public Sector organization (such as municipal, provincial, Canadian Crown corporation or Canadian Federal department), including two (2) years experience in Canadian Federal department. This experience must include tasks or assignments associated with managing program delivery, leading team, managing projects, or planning and control of programs or projects for government programs.
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years experience in business transformation, performing business analysis and options analysis using technical and non-technical criteria, conducting investigations and research, analyzing business functional requirements, developing implementation strategies for IT applications and facilitating groups consisting of both business and technical representatives to improve administrative or program process.
- Should have experience of at least three (3) projects, within the last ten (10) years, managing projects requiring the integration of business activities into common business process and tools or the implementation of information technology solutions across an organization. Each project must be minimum of eighty (80) working days in duration.
- Should have experience of at least two (2) projects, within the last ten (10) years, performing consultations and facilitating groups consisting of both business and technical representatives spanning different levels of management. Each project must be minimum of forty (40) working days in duration.
- Should have experience of at least two (2) projects, within the last ten (10) years, analyzing existing applications as well as user and chnical documentation, performing options and gap analysis using technical and non-technical criteria for IT solutions and/or developing implementation strategies including training and data migration) for IT applications.
