Description:
Our client has a requirement for one professional service contracted resource to support HR BSP in delivering project activities and deliverables.
Tasks and/or Activities –ERP Programmer Analyst
Reporting to the PeopleSoft Technical lead, the ERP Programmer Analyst will be responsible for the following: - Analyze impacts of converting a database that supports a multiple company environment; - Analyze customizations and provide an impacts assessment for the conversion that supports the implementation of a multiple company solution; - Analyze and assist with de-customizations, if applicable; - Design, build and document prototype resolution approach, demonstrate prototypes and mock-ups to Bas and Technical Lead and system and business owners; - Design, develop and unit test data validation scripts for conversion; - Design, build and implement the Security Tree Structure with a PeopleSoft v8.9 environment; - Assist BAs in testing the data conversion processes in all environments and fix defects as required; - Document the data conversion and data synchronization processes; - Monitor the impact of data quality initiatives on the data conversion process; and - Work closely with Project Technical Lead to identify issues and risks. |
Security Clearance:

Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Secret level. |
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of over (5) five years but less than ten (10) years as an ERP Programmer Analyst and competency (i.e. knowledge and skills).
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience as an ERP Programmer Analyst in a PeopleSoft HRMS development and/or operational environment, version 8.9 or greater.
- Must have experience with the configuration of multiple companies within PeopleSoft v8.9.
- Should have experience as a programmer analyst.
- Should have experience with Oracle databases.
- Should have experience with SQL.
- Should have experience coding in SQR.
- Should have experience developing with PeopleTools and PeopleCode using PeopleTools 8.46 or higher.
- Should have experience with the Government of Canada Human Resources Management System (HRMS) V.8.9.
- Should have experience with testing and data application correction.
- Should have experience creating, maintaining , and reviewing technical documentation.
