Security Clearance:

Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Secret level.

Requirements:

Must have an undergraduate degree in any field from a recognized university -and- twenty-four (24) months of demonstrated project management experience, within the last sixty (60) months, in one or many of the knowledge areas described in A. above -OR Must have successfully completed the equivalent of six months of full time Project Management Training at a provincially accredited Project Management Training Institution or evidence of Project Management Institute accreditation -and- twelve (12) months of demonstrated project management experience, within the last thirty-six (36) months, in one or many of the knowledge areas described. Should have experience with the DND/CF governance structure, organizations, policies and procedures. Should have experience with the DND/CF IT infrastructure and IT support services as gained through experience in the Land Force Command Support or IT environment. Should have experience as a Project Manager within the last 5 years prior to bid closing in the delivery of IT projects valued at $250K or more. Should have experience in the planning of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Services (as per ITIL® best practices); in particular in developing and implementing concepts, processes and procedures. Should have experience in the preparation of Project documentation such as Project Implementation Plans, Statements of Work, schedules, et cetera.
