Security Clearance:

Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Secret level.

Requirements:

Must demonstrate experience required to be classified as a Business Consultant. Must have demonstrate 5+ years of experience. Must demonstrate the development of Key Performance Indicators for an organization of similar size and complexity to DFO. Must demonstrate at least two (2) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, developing IT policy frameworks in such areas as performance measurement, management accountability, and/or management. Must proof engagement as a Business Consultant for a minimum of 120 months. Should have experiance in Business Consultant for more than two (2) different projects similar in size and complexity to the current request. Should demonstrate a minimum of 120 months of experience as a consultant for projects similar in size and complexity to the current request. Should have experience in one complex project, integrating the key performance information requirements for multiple audiences. Should have experience in one complex project, communicating with multiple stakeholders (e.g., internal to IT, clients and central agencies) to ensure achievement of planned objectives.
