Description:

Our Client is responsible for the provision of application management services including eliciting, defining and managing business and user requirements, planning and configuration management and coordination services, and delivering full application development and support services throughout the application’s life cycle. Our Client requires the services of fourteen (14) Programmer/Analysts, two (2) Business System Analysts, one (1) GIS Programmer/Analyst, three (3) Database Analysts and one (1) Technical Writer. |

Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Enhanced Reliability level. |
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the last 7 years in designing, implementing, and maintaining databases (providing in-service database support) for multi-tiered web-enabled and client-server applications.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the last 7 years in the technical architecture of databases for multi-tiered web-enabled and client-server applications.
- Must have experience in a minimum of 2 projects in performing data analysis, data conversion, and data migration.
- Must have experience in a minimum of 2 projects in developing test and implementation plans.
- Must have experience in a minimum of 2 projects in evaluating, testing, and implementing database related software products.
- Must have experience in a minimum of 2 projects in database performance monitoring.
- Must have experience in a minimum of 2 projects in the design, implementation, and accomplishment of database backups and recoveries.
- Must have experience in a minimum of 2 projects in evaluating, testing, and upgrading database management system software and related products.
- Should have 1 to 5+ years experience designing, implementing, and maintaining (in-service support) Oracle databases and their technical architecture in an Oracle Unix or Windows environment.
- Shuld have 1 to 5+ years experience working with Oracle version 8 or above underlying architecture.
- Should have 1 to 5+ years experience developing and maintaining PL/SQL database scripts.
- Should have 1 to 5+ experience designing and implementing backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases.
- Should have 1 to 5+ years experience performing complete system recoveries in an Oracle database environment.
- Should have 1 to 5+ years experience preparing the environments and performing tests and implementation of Oracle software version 10g or above.
- Should have 1 to 5+ years experience writing technical and architectural standards and guidelines in the use of Oracle.
- Should have 1 to 5+ years experience performing data modelling, data analysis, data conversion, and data migration.
- Should have 1 to 5+ years experience in monitoring performance and database tuning using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) tool or third party software.
- Should have 1 to 5+ years experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application databases (such as PeopleSoft).
