Security Clearance:

Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.

Requirements:

Must have experience in a minimum of 3 projects in the last 7 years developing custom built applications running on Remedy ARS (Action Request System) version 7.x. or higher for private and public sectors. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the last 7 years maintaining custom built applications running on Remedy ARS for private and public sectors. Must have experience in a minimum of 3 projects in the last 7 years designing and implementing major Remedy projects. Note: A major Remedy project is defined as a version upgrade or a major application release with new enhancements being added to the current system. A major Remedy project will impact many users from different user groups with different permissions within the system. The number of users impacted can range from 1000 to 3000 users. Must have experience in a minimum of 3 projects in analyzing existing Remedy systems and integrating of new functionality into predefined frameworks. Must have experience in a minimum of 3 projects in the last 5 years with loading external data into Remedy applications. Must have experience in a minimum of 2 projects in the last 4 years with data analysis, verification, and cleanup. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle SQL. Must have a minimum of 2 year of experience in Relational Database Design in an Oracle environment version 8i or higher. Must have experience in a minimum of 3 projects in creating reports using Crystal Reports. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in building and maintaining Remedy applications for the web. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing and tuning existing Remedy systems to optimize application performances. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in writing SSH and Perl scripts to integrate with AR System. Should have experience with development, testing and troubleshooting with Remedy Distributed Server Options. Should have experience with development, testing and troubleshooting with Remedy email notification system. Should have experience supporting, monitoring and managing Remedy Action Request Servers & Systems. Should have experience in software development and maintenance in a government environment.
