Security Clearance:

Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Top Secret level.

Requirements:

1. University degree at the Bachelor level in Computer Science or Engineering/ Applied Science in one of the following disciplines: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering; and 2. at least four (4) years in the last eight (8) years working experience as defined in at least one or more of the mandatory experience detailed herein leading to fulfilling the role of Enterprise Manager; and 3. a minimum one (1) year in the last eight (8) years was fulfilling the role of an Enterprise Manager as defined in at least one or more of the mandatory experience detailed herein; OR 4. University degree at the Bachelor level in Science, Mathematics or Applied Science/ Engineering in a discipline other than listed in paragraph 1; and 5. at least four (4) years in that last ten (10) years working experience as defined in at least one or more of the mandatory experience detailed herein leading to fulfilling the role of Enterprise Manager; and 6. a minimum of two (2) years in the last ten (10) years fulfilling the role of an Enterprise Manager as defined in at least one or more of the mandatory experience detailed herein; OR 7. Community College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering Technology; 8. at least four (4) years in the last eight (8) years working experience as defined in at least one or more of the mandatory experience detailed herein leading to fulfilling the role of Enterprise Manager; and 9. and a minimum one (1) year in the last eight (8) years was fulfilling the role of an Enterprise Manager as defined in at least one or more of the mandatory experience detailed herein; OR 10. Minimum three (3) years in the last eleven (11) years were fulfilling the role of an Enterprise Manager as defined in at least one or more of the mandatory experience detailed herein; and 11. at least three (3) years in the last eleven (11) years working experience as defined in at least one or more of the mandatory experience detailed herein leading to fulfilling the role of Enterprise Manag ITIL Foundation Certificate from ITIL Certified Training Authority Experience in Configuration Management Experience in Service Desk and Incident Management. Experience in Problem Management. Experience in Service Level Management Experience in Change Management. Experience in Release Management. Experience in Capacity Management. Experience in Availability Management. Experience in IT Service Continuity Management. At least 4 years experience in Configuration Management using the SYNERGY/CM tool in each of the following roles (roles can be done simultaneously but must each be 4 years in calendar duration): i. Administration of all aspects of Synergy/CM server on UNIX including : • SYNERGY/CM installation/updates/upgrades • Type management • User administration • SYNERGY database backups • SYNERGY database optimization & performance tuning ii. SYNERGY Client Administration in Windows & Unix iii. Developing and Maintaining SYNERGY/CM process templates iv. SYNERGY/CM Build and Release Management • Conflict detection and resolution • Release streams • Baseline strategy v. Providing training and guidance to developers, build managers and administrators Developing and maintaining Configuration Management processes a) At least 3 years experience of developing UNIX scripts using perl, sh, and tcl. b) At least 3 years experience developing and maintaining Build and Process automation scripts on UNIX. At least 2 years experience with configuring and maintaining IBM Rational ClearQuest tool.
