Security Clearance:

Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements to facilitate the design and development of business solutions. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in working with business clients to define the vision and scope of an approved project. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in creating business cases, and any one of the following supporting activities: options analysis, fit-gap analysis, feasibility study, and/or cost-benefit analysis. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in creating project resource estimates, project plans and schedules for all phases of the project life cycle. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in working from conception to implementation with a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology for the development and maintenance of new and existing systems. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in converting business requirements into functional specifications for handover to technical teams to support programming changes and/or interface development. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, Use Case workshops, and/or design walkthroughs. Should have 1 to 5+ years experience creating use cases and use diagrams using UML. Should have 1 to 5+ years experience in Business Process Re-engineering. Should have 1 to 5+ years experience working with any Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. Should have 3 to 4+ years experience creating functional specifications and/or design documents. Should have 1 to 2+ years experience obtaining business requirements from a group of clients/users.
