Security Clearance:

Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements to facilitate the design and development of business solutions. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in working with business clients to define the vision and scope of a proposed solution. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience leading business case development, and supporting activities, including options analysis, fit-gap analysis, and/or cost-benefit analysis. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in creating project resource estimates, project plans and schedules for all phases of the project life cycle, including but not limited to project initiation, project planning, project implementation, and project close-out. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in creating project resource estimates, project plans and schedules for all phases of the project life cycle, including but not limited to project initiation, project planning, project implementation, and project close-out. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in converting business requirements into functional specifications for handover to technical teams to support programming changes and/or interface development. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, Use Case workshops, and/or design walkthroughs. Should have experience creating use cases and use diagrams using UML. Should have experience in Business Process Re-engineering. Should have experience working with any Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology. Should have experience creating functional specifications and/or design documents. Should have experience obtaining business requirements from a group of clients/users.
