Security Clearance:

Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.

Requirements:

Must have experience in a minimum of 2 projects in the last 5 years with designing, building and modifying applications and data models from functional specifications. Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the last 7 years in maintaining in-service application code for web-enabled and client-server multi-tiered custom Oracle applications built using Oracle Forms and Reports 6i or higher. Must have experience in a minimum of 3 projects in performing data analysis, data conversion, and data migration into custom Oracle applications. Should have experience in Relational Database Design in a Microsoft SQL Server environment version SQL or higher. Should have experience in Relational Database Design in an Oracle environment version 8i or higher. Should have experience in using Oracle Designer and Sybase PowerDesigner for the purposes of data modeling or code generation. Should have experience in developing custom applications built using Oracle Forms 6i and Reports 6i or higher. Should have experience in developing and maintaining PL/SQL database scripts using SQL Navigator 5.5 or higher. Should have experience in developing and maintaining Transact SQL database scripts using SQL Server 2000 or higher. Should have experience in producing software functional specifications based on business requirements. Should have experience in leading the design of applications. Should have experience in performing data modelling, data analysis, data conversion, and data migration in a SQL Server and/or Oracle environment. Should have experience using Visual Studio Team System (VSTS) for source control and project tracking. Shoul have experience in maintaining in-service applications built using Classic ASP, VBA or .NET Framework 2.0. Should have experience in software development and maintenance in a government environment.
