Description:
IT/NET is seeking Content Management Consultants for our Enterprise Information and Content Management Practice.
You are a subject matter expert with the ability to think outside the box, have a creative personality, providing innovative ideas, either across the entire enterprise or within a business unit. You have unquestionable customer, people and team work abilities coupled with strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills.
You have extensive experience in the management of, and access to, information content across the enterprise - particularly in developing functional and technical requirements for the integration of repositories. You have a proven track record having been involved in complex projects of varying sizes that feature enterprise content management, web content management, metadata repositories, collaboration, search engines and portals. You have dealt with business transformation associated with the introduction of content management systems; metadata definition and application are second nature to you. You are familiar with collaborative software applications and search and categorization engines. You have also worked closely with various internal groups to ensure effective design and delivery of Content Management offerings, as well as ensure that customers/prospects receive exceptional service at all times.

Security Clearance:
|
Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Secret level. |
Requirements:
- Must have 5 years experience in IM/IT industry.
- Should have experience with development of information architectures
- Should have experience with meta data management and taxonomy design
- Should have experience with web site design and architecture
- Should have in-depth experience creating, developing and managing web content applications and portal projects
- Should have knowledge evaluating and implementing content management systems
- Should have knowledge of web services such as SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, Multimedia technologies and e-learning systems
- Formal consulting experience with the Federal Government of Canada would be an asset
- Should have experience with Interwoven, and/or Sharepoint
- Ability to communicate in both official languages considered an asset
