Description:
IT/NET is one of a select number of eligible companies recently awarded a significant long-term IT Security Supply Arrangement!
IT/NET is actively growing our IT Security Division by seeking out experienced certified professional consultants on a continuing basis, from across Canada, to satisfy the needs of our Federal Government, Agency, Board and Crown Corporation clients over the next 10 years.
Qualifying for this Supply Arrangement confirms IT/NET’S credibility in the IT Security field as a premiere security services provider. The award demonstrates the continued leadership of IT/NET in this area of professional consulting services.
The following is a baseline skill set we are seeking:
1) Education and Experience:
• University Degree in any discipline and a minimum of two years in a specialized area of IT Security
-or-
• College Diploma (two or three year program) in Computer Engineering Technology, Computer Technology (computer science), or IT Security, and a minimum of four years experience in a specialized area of IT Security
• -or-
A minimum of five years cumulative experience in a specialized area of IT Security.
2) Certification:
o For each specialized area, one or more certifications e.g.:
o PMP from PMI
o CISSP from (ISC)2
o CISSP / ISSEP from (ISC)2
o CISSP / ISSAP from (ISC)2
o CISSP / ISSMP from (ISC)2
o CISM from ISACA
o CBCP from DRI
o CPP from ASIS
o CISA from ISACA
o GIAC / Any Silver management certification
o GIAC / GFSP, GEIT Gold management
o or any other relevant certification.
3) All professionals must be eligible to obtain, at a minimum, a Government of Canada Security Clearance at the level of Enhance Reliability.

Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Secret level. |
