Our client has created initiatives to consolidate applications from all the Branches in alignment with common business lines in order to have a more effective and efficient portfolio. |
Security Clearance:
|
Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least the Enhanced Reliability level. |
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Private Sector and/or Public Sector organization (such as municipal, provincial, Canadian Crown corporation or Canadian Federal department), including 2 years experience in Canadian Federal departments. This experience must include tasks or assignments associated with program delivery.
- Must have either a Certified Business Analyst Professional designation from International Institute of Business Analyst or a combination of education, professional designation and/or work experience equivalent to this certification. The equivalency that would considered is business analysis certificate or bachelor degree in management with twenty-one (21) hours business analysis education and five (5) years experience in the past ten (10) years that includes four (4) of the following six (6) areas: enterprise analysis, requirements planning and management, requirement elicitation, requirements analysis and documentation, requirements communication, and solution assessment and
validation.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the past eight (8) years as a business analyst conducting interviews with clients, gathering information, and developing process modelling and workflows such as end-to-end processes to improve administrative or program process as well as service delivery.
- Should have experience within the last eight (8) years using various business analysis techniques and method related to continuous business improvement or business operations. Some examples of method and technique Request for Proposal / Demande de Proposition: under considerations are: Benchmarking, Business process modeling, Business process improvement, Use case, Requirement elicitation, Reverse engineering process, context diagram, etc. Identify projects where the technique or method was used. Each project must be minimum of forty (40) working days in duration.
- Should have experience within the last ten (10) years analyzing existing applications as well as user and technical documentation in order to develop business processes, workflows and business requirements. Each project must be minimum of forty (40) working days in duration.
- Should have experience within the last ten (10) years developing alternative solutions to complex workflow issues, performing gap analysis producing comprehensive documentation related to business requirements and proposed business process (“to be”) Each project must be minimum of forty (40) working days in duration.
