Our Client has identified several processes which may undergo Transformation over the next few years to deliver improved and more efficient, world-class care to its patients. This RFP will retain professional services to assist the strategy & transformation team that will deliver solutions in the next 3-5 years.
The successful service provider will be an integrated part of Our Client’s Transformation team and will report up to the Medical Director, Strategy & Transformation throughout the duration of their contract. The provider will play an integral part in harmonizing of change management and communication strategies across the transformation projects.
