The purpose of this requirement is to have a TBIPS Supply Arrangement at our disposal to ensure that KM&S has the ability to build a temporary, flexible and skilled team of resources to meet the demands of the Real Property business lines and prepare the data in the existing systems for the migration to the NOVUS solution. The required services are to be provided through TBIPS Business Class Categories on an “as and when requested” basis through a Task Authorization (TA) process. The Contractor will be responsible for providing a team of dedicated IT professionals address specific IT needs in order to help KM&S achieve their operational and strategic objectives.

The B.9 Courseware Developer (level 3) must:
1. Assess and analyze training needs.
2. Plan and monitor training projects.
3. Perform job, task, and content analysis.
4. Write criterion-referenced, performance-based objectives.
5. Recommend instructional media and strategies.
6. Develop performance measurement standards.
7. Develop training materials.
8. Prepare end-users for implementation of courseware materials.
9. Communicate effectively orally and in writing in both official languages.

Our Client is seeking a Level 3 Training Lead for Our Client’s Procure to Pay (P2P) Project. This individual will be in a lead role to manage the development and delivery of all aspects of training. All duties will be performed in alignment with the P2P Project Charter and by applying industry standard training principles, methodologies and best practices.

The incumbent will be responsible for defining the overall training strategy and developing the tactical plans and activities to support the approved strategy. This incumbent will report to the Director of the P2P project.

The objective of the contract is to secure an experienced consultant in the development and implementation of training strategies to support change management initiatives in order to successfully execute the project objectives. This resource must be fully bilingual (French & English)
