Requires high-level business analysis and application architecture support to lead requirements gathering and analysis initiatives within a Pay Modernization Project. The objective is to provide expertise in the areas of detailed business requirements, analysis of requirements, and the evaluation of potential solutions.

The tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Provide leadership to the functional project team through the analysis and design phases of the project
• Analyze existing functionality and how it will be impacted by the new interface with GC Pay
• Develop options for adapting existing functionality to work within the constraints imposed by the new interface
• Consult with internal stakeholders, business process owners, subject matter experts, and PWGSC project team members in order to provide effective business analysis
• Create and/or review documentation (project plans, business cases, business requirements, technical specifications, communications, business process flows, processes, procedures, etc.).
• Provide input to the project management team on project planning and progress against plan
• Provide direction and coaching to other members of the project team.
• Promote industry best practices
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and deal with a complex and changing set of circumstances and priorities, as well as demonstrate excellent judgment and tact.

High-level business analysis and application architecture support is required to work with the HR business in understanding the SAP HR recruitment system and translating HR business needs into requirements that the developers understand. The objective is to provide expertise in the areas of detailed business requirements, analysis of requirements, and the evaluation of potential solutions.

The tasks will include but are not limited to:
• Provide leadership to the functional project team through the analysis and design phases of the project
• Analyze existing functionality and how it will be impacted by the staffing solution
• Develop options for adapting existing functionality to work within the constraints imposed by the new staffing solution
• Consult with internal stakeholders, business process owners, and subject matter experts in order to provide effective business analysis
