Tester Level 2

Statement of work
– Obtain detailed testing requirements;
– Produce a test plan to meet requirements objectives;
– Design test scripts (automated and/or manual);
– Coordinate and execute tests;
– Produce a document demonstrating performance testing results;
– Tool to be tested is GCDOCS (OpenText ContentServer 2010);
– Scope of testing include application and network/bandwidth performance;
– Location of testing will be in the NCA between various government department locations and the service provider(s);
– Testing will be performed against a number of metrics to be obtained in the requirements;
– Perform Q&A sessions, debriefing sessions, provide advice, attend meetings, perform knowledge transfer to Our Client’s regular resources;
– Some testing tools might be provided by Our Client and augmented by the contractor.
